About the role

We need senior-level ecommerce designers ready to hit the ground running. You’ll be expected to take full ownership your projects.

You should:

• Be obsessed with DTC/CPG brands and ecommerce trends
• Be an expert in Figma, including prototyping
• Know how to design for conversion without sacrificing creativity or brand integrity
• Have experience designing high-performing sites
• Be a strong writer that understands that great copy and storytelling is a key piece of design
• Be comfortable collaborating asynchronously using Slack, Figma, and Asana
• Know how to work independently, hit deadlines, and take feedback
• Enjoy async work and prefer deep focus over constant meetings
• Thrive in remote environments and don’t need external structure to stay on track
• Feel at home behind the scenes, focusing on great work rather than client-facing calls
